Contractor Induction Assessment & Training Record

The following safety induction is designed to ensure any Contractors entering The Pines Elanora site to conduct work will do so with safety as a high priority. Any and all contractors, contractor employee or subcontractors must complete this induction in order to undertake any work.

Anyone completing the induction must complete the Induction Assessment and sign the Induction record, which will be kept by The Pines Elanora as evidence of the commitment to Health and Safety.

The induction should take around 15 – 30 minutes to complete in person.
