Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Launches New ‘Kids On Conservation Trail’

Our friends at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary have just launched their new ‘Kids On Conservation Trail’, a new attraction that will entertain and educate.

Boasting a 69 year heritage, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is an outdoor classroom showcasing hundreds of native Australian animals in natural bushland and rainforest settings; and is one of the Gold Coast’s most popular attractions for families.

Research and conservation are at the forefront of everything they do at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and their new Kids On Conservation Trail which was launched on 6th August, has been crafted to be fun and at the same time educate children and parents on the variety of conservation projects and wildlife breeding programs undertaken by the teams at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

Young guests will embark on an adventure which sees them following footprints to 12 locations across the park. At each they will collect a stamp, learn about and endangered animal, or discover more about a conservation program, and continue on the trail. One of the highlights of the tour will be having the opportunity to visit the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital as see the vets in action. At the end of the trail they will receive a small gift to take home.

To celebrate the launch of the Kids On Conservation Trail the team at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary are offering a special online ticket price of $29* (save $20.95) until 9th September 2016. To book visit www.cws.org.au/wilddeals
