WIZZ FIZZ ROCKY ROAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 Cup raspberry lollies
  • 2 1/2 Cups mini marchmallows
  • 2 1/2 cups Clinkers
  • 2x 210g packets Iced Vovo Biscuits
  • 950g white chocolate, melted
  • 2 packets Wizz Fiss original Sherbet

METHOD

  1. Line a 35x20x10cm deep pan with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, place rasberry lollies, clinkers, marshmallows and biscuits and mix until well combined. Scatter over Wizz Fiss and mix well to combine.
  3. Add white chocolate and stir to combine. Press Mixture into prepared pan.
  4. Refrigerate until set and then cut into pieces to serve.
