Office Hours: The Centre Management Office hours are:

9.00am until 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Security is on-site during the Centre’s core trading hours and can be contacted on 0435 762 314. This is also the after-hour’s number.

1.3 Community Noticeboard

The Community Notice Board is located on the wall in the Centre Management corridor.  This Notice Board is available for community messages and is free of charge. It is checked and cleared of any outdated information weekly.  It is not to be used for promotion of businesses.

1.4 Customer Feedback

Centre Management has limited authority to intervene with customer complaints. The following groups are available to assist customers.

Office of Fair Trading (formerly Consumer Affairs)

  • Complaints re:  refunds & exchange policies, warranties, unfair treatment of staff & consumers, product safety etc.

1.5 Gift Cards

The Pines Elanora eftpos Gift Cards are used during centre marketing campaigns.  The gift cards will go through any eftpos terminal (under the savings option). There is a pin number to scratch off on the reverse of the card. Change should NOT be given.

Gift cards expire within twelve (12) months after the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the card.

1.6 Lost and Found Children

If a lost child is brought to your attention or a guardian asks for assistance in locating a lost child, please contact Centre Management (07 5534 6722).  Security will then be notified and an attempt to locate either the lost child or the guardian.  

1.7 Lost and Found Property

All lost and found property enquiries should be directed to Centre Management.  We make every attempt to make contact with the owner.  All lost property is held for a period of 3 months.

1.8 Staff Discount Card

The Pines Elanora offers all staff a discount card which entitles the user to special offers throughout the Centre.  Staff Cards are available at Centre Management. Proof of employment within the Centre must be provided (e.g. payslip, letter from the manager or name badge) before a card can be issued.

1.9 Wheelchair & Mobility Scooter Hire

Wheelchairs can be hired free of charge from Blooms The Chemist by calling 07 5598 1415. Mobility Scooters can be booked through Centre Management on 07 5534 6722.
