4.1 Centre-wide Promotional Campaigns
To help our retailers make the most of the trading periods we run centre-wide promotions. Our aim is to drive traffic and sales and to support you, our retailers. All centre marketing initiatives are communicated via our retailer newsletter ‘Focus on Retail’ along with regular memo’s, we strongly urge you to get involved with centre initiatives. Please make sure you read ‘Focus on Retail’ along with centre memo’s to keep up to date.
We ask you to keep us up-to-date with contact information so that you don’t miss out on centre updates.
4.2 Digital Marketing
The Pines Elanora digital presence aims to build loyalty and to engage with our community. Retailers have the opportunity to leverage promotions and initiatives through carefully crafted and scheduled content. Please advise Centre Management of opportunities allowing at least two weeks’ notice. Images, copy and digital artwork should be sent to us along with campaign date guidelines. News Images should be supplied 800 x 400pxl and offers 400 x 266pxl
The Pines Elanora website incorporates a retailer profile. Please provide us with the following information for your profile: an image (store picture, logo or product shot) contact information, trading hours and up to 100 word description.
Based on topics that interest and engage customers, The Pines eNewsletters are an effective way to maintain contact with the local community. Distributed monthly our eNewsletters have the opportunity to leverage promotions and initiatives through carefully crafted and scheduled content. You can sign up by visiting our website. Please advise Centre Management of opportunities allowing at least two weeks’ notice. Our Pines People database has over 2,000 members and our Pines Kids database has over 1000 members. Images to be supplied 252 x 168pxl
The Pines Elanora’s approach to Facebook is unique and aims to build loyalty, extend reach and bring our Shoppers closer to your brand and products through genuine customer insights and engagement. Retailers have the opportunity to leverage promotions and initiatives through carefully crafted and scheduled content. We are happy to integrate your sales, special products and promotions; we ask you supply text which will then be posted it in our style, from a retailer’s perspective. We do not require you to supply images or artwork. Please allow at least two weeks’ notice
When you are posting on your social media sites we encourage you to include hashtags #thepineselanora, #meetyouatthepines or #pinespeople.
The Pines Elanora approach to Instagram provides a visual presentation of our people, places and retail products. The Pines Elanora Instagram Page has over 400 followers and retailers have the opportunity to leverage promotions and initiatives through carefully crafted and scheduled content. Please advise Centre Management of opportunities allowing at least two weeks’ notice. When you are posting on your social media sites we encourage you to include hashtags #thepineselanora, #meetyouatthepines or #pinespeople.
4.3 Poster Frames
Static posters are available to our retailers on a first come first served basis (locations and dates cannot be guaranteed). We recommend one printed 30 x 40” (portrait) which should be delivered to the Centre Management office for installation 48hrs in advance. For new store openings and special promotions we can occasionally display two 30 x 40 posters. (Please note we no longer offer A1 Posters)
Retailer Spruiking is limited to 3 hours per day (maximum of 3 consecutive days). If you wish to organise a spruiker for your store please advise times and dates to Centre Management on 07 5534 6722. We only allow one spruiker per zone. Spruiking is at the discretion of Centre Management
4.5 Brand Alliance
Roaming – $250 per day (4 hours)
Floor Decals – 1300 x 1300mm – $300 per decal per week
Door Decals (Sizes available on application) – $1000 per door per week.
Please note: The floor and door decal costs exclude production and installation (costs are available on application). ALL decals must comply with health and safety requirements, including the use of one way vision on some entry doors, and anti-slip on floor decals
4.6 Casual Mall Leasing
A 20% discount is offered to all retailers on the standard rate. Prices and locations are available from the Casual Mall Leasing team on 07 5534 6722
4.7 Helium Balloons
Never use Helium filled balloons for store promotions. When Helium Balloons are released in the centre they float to the ceiling and can affect the operation of the smoke exhaust fans within the building. Air filled hand held balloons on sticks are acceptable.
4.8 Retailer Signage
Handwritten signage is not permitted anywhere in centre. This includes but is not limited to; sales promotions, pricing, directional signs and store closures.
The use of ‘Closing down’ signage is also not permitted.
