JUSTICE OF THE PEACE SERVICE

The Pines Elanora provides a Justice of the Peace (JP) service six days a week for our local community.

Located next to Australia Post, our qualified JPs are available Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 4.30pm and Saturday 9.30am – 1.00pm

JPs are trained to witness and certify your routine legal documents (for example wills, affidavits, statutory declarations etc.)

All of our JPs are volunteers who provide their time to assist the public, this is a FREE community service and no appointment is required.
