Justice of the Peace Service

The JP office will be closed Christmas Eve (Friday 24^th December) and will reopen on Monday 10^th January 2022. The last day of opening for this year will be Thursday 23^rd December, 9:30am to 1pm.

Located in Shop 8, next to Australia Post. 

We are are pleased to announce the JP Service has now resumed, the following conditions will apply:

• One JP on duty to witness documents
• One client only per JP
• Family members must wait outside
• Please bring your own black pen along with your documents for signing

The Gold Coast  Justices Association is a non-profit association, dedicated to the assistance of their local community. The office is a statutory position that involves a range of duties and responsibilities. Most commonly these involve the certification and witnessing of ‘official’ documents.
