We are a family owned and operated business Australian and local. We have friendly service and advice on the cut of meat you require for your recipes and how long to cook it.
We have a wide selection of meats which include,

- Bangalow sweet pork, Antibiotic and hormone free.
- All of our chicken is from Byron Bay Sunny Brand.
- Our lambs are from Warwick and Victoria.
- We have our famous Traditional wood smoked leg ham sliced to your satisfaction.
We have everything for your Xmas feast which includes,
- Leg hams half, whole or sliced.
- Turkey Buff’s, Whole Turkey’s, Boneless Turkey breast plain or stuffed with fresh cranberry’s or Honey and macadamias.
- Fresh Pork Roasts, Leg, Shoulder, Belly, Loin Pork seasoning or plain, Boneless or bone in.
- Our famous Turduckins which is a boneless Turkey, Chicken and duck rolled in together with cranberry seasoning Amazing!!!!
- Whole Ducks and Duck fat.
We cook roasts for people that just don’t have the time (Chicken, lamb, beef, pork).
